Disclosure to third parties

We may share information with service providers who help us operate, for example secure cloud accounting and document tools, and with the Canada Revenue Agency or other authorities where required for filings or by law. Where we use service providers, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled with appropriate safeguards.

Safeguards

We protect personal information with security measures appropriate to its sensitivity, including restricted access, secure systems and confidentiality obligations. As CPAs, we are also bound by professional confidentiality requirements.

Retention

We keep records for as long as required by professional standards, CRA requirements and applicable law, and then dispose of them securely.

Access and correction

Website forms, analytics and third-party embeds

Our contact form is processed by Formspree, which passes your message to us by email under its own privacy policy. We link to Substack for our newsletter; subscribing is handled by Substack under their own privacy policy. If we add website analytics in future, this policy will be updated to describe what is collected.
